Data Engineering
Candidates will lead the deployment of OrYx maistro – a next-gen enterprise data orchestration platform – across telecom, banking, government, and energy sectors. You must have 10+ years of experience in enterprise data engineering and architecture. Strong hands-on expertise in Hadoop, Spark, Delta Lake, Kafka, Airflow, Kubernetes, and cloud/on-prem environments is essential. Familiarity with MLOps, data governance, and AI/ML pipeline integration is expected. Prior domain experience in telecom, banking, or SCADA/IoT is a plus.
Data Scientists
Individuals will be involved in developing and deploying ML models for real-world applications. Candidates with 5 years of experience and proficiency in Python, scikit-learn, and tools like MLFlow, Airflow, and Docker. You'll work across engineering and product teams to build ML pipelines, monitor model performance, and ensure ethical, explainable AI. Strong skills in feature engineering, model lifecycle ownership, and communication are essential. Recent graduates will not be considered for this role.
Software Engineering
Individuals will be involved in the development of software components that constitute our Voice Platform. Your portfolio should include a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Knowledge on Operating System Internals (Linux or Windows), professional experience in C/C++ programming and sound knowledge in Object Oriented Concepts is a must. Experience in Embedded Technologies, VoIP Protocols (SIP, RTP & H.323) will be a plus.
Application Engeering
Candidates will be engaged to develop leading customer interaction voice bot applications, voice user interfaces, and web apps for telephony systems. You must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Your profile must include experience in atleast 2 web programming frameworks and 2 web scripting languages like Php, Python, ASP.NET, JSP/Java. Experience of working with speech engines, IVRs, NLP, or VoiceXML will be a BIG plus.
