Phonologies aims at sharing product development projects with its customer's in-house resources, by bridging the gap between Phonologies extensive experience with custom platform and application design & development, and, the customer's requirement for telephony solutions and tools within the required period. We closely follow Industry Standards, ensuring availability of specialized skills for the services we offer.
Organization Structure:

Phonologies merges offshore with ‘virtual onsite’ execution in an innovative manner to provide a combination of services. Activities during the software development life cycle that involve extensive interaction with the customer are usually carried out ‘virtual onsite’. Once the specifications are clear, the activities are typically moved offshore to Phonologies facility.
We offer 2 engagement models, through which you can acquire our technology, expertise and establish your own team. These are (i) Customer Managed, and (ii) Phonologies Managed.
Through the Customer Managed Model our customer is in control of the resources within our development center, like a ‘virtual extension’ of their onshore development team. The customer sets the standards for quality, product roadmap, delivery, processes and acquisition of expertise and Phonologies organizes the customer centric resources which function in tandem with the customer's onshore development team. A proven and successful engagement model which is suited to (i) customer projects involving product customization, maintenance, research and enhancement, and (ii) customers having a continuous stream of projects, which will gain by using our knowledge base and expertise.
Alternatively, through the Phonologies Managed Model, Phonologies jointly with the customer, define the product(s) roadmap and customization and then Phonologies selects and manages the resources, infrastructure, best practices and deliverables of the Managed Center. This model is ideally suited for (i) short-term projects requiring flexibility and changing needs, (ii) projects where the customer has to utilize Phonologies has vast expertise in conceptualization and implementation, and (iii) when the scope and specifications for the entire project are all well defined with clear boundaries. This is the low risk option for customers - as the schedule and price are pre-set.
